At Minibar, the Barmini Snacks immediately drew me in. The Grilled Cheese was a playful yet elevated bite, perfectly crisp on the outside with gooey richness inside-comfort food made chic. The Caviar offered a briny, luxurious contrast, elegantly presented and full of punchy flavor. But it was the Beef Tartare that stole the show-finely chopped, seasoned just right, and served with a texture that melted seamlessly on the palate.

Then came the Mini Waffles, each one an imaginative twist. The Foieffle blended foie gras with waffle batter, delivering creamy decadence in a crisp shell. The Philly Waffle was a clever reimagining of a cheesesteak, condensed into a bite-sized waffle with savory depth. The Trumpet Waffle, packed with earthy mushrooms, stood out for its umami richness and buttery finish.

The Gin Cocktails balanced it all out with botanical finesse. Jose's G & T had a zesty clarity, perfect to reset the taste buds. The Gardener burst with herbal freshness, like spring in a glass. And Floral Cloud, with its soft, perfumed profile, was a dreamy closer to the experience.

This menu is a playful journey through texture, flavor, and invention-each bite and sip crafted with precision and whimsy.
